The customer is a sustainable footwear brand founded in 2009, dedicated to transforming discarded tires into durable, eco-friendly shoes. Their mission is to repurpose waste into stylish footwear while minimizing environmental impact.They are based in Bali.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead and oversee Human Resources functions for our growing organization. As the primary HR representative, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance. Working closely with the leadership team, you will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, developing people, and ensuring effective HR practices across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR records, employment contracts, and personnel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee probation, leave administration, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration with the Finance team.
- Develop and manage performance review systems, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Partner with department heads to support people management and organizational development.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Coordinate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Build relationships with universities and professional networks to attract talent.
- Prepare HR reports and recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and company culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple positions and departments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing company.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, consumer products, or fashion is an advantage.
- Passion for sustainability and creating a positive workplace culture is a plus.
For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 /month
