About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and managing a variety of HR-related tasks in a dynamic environment. Prior HR experience is not mandatory, we're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in HR.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and deliver HR services for clients, ensuring a high standard of support.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related and employment matters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration, including verification and checking of payroll reports.
- Organize and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and employee onboarding.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with internal requirements and regulations.
