At Mezink, HR is an execution function.
This is not a traditional HR role focused on documentation or policy. Your primary responsibility is to ensure we consistently hire great talent, keep recruitment moving quickly and support employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
What You'll Work On
- Recruitment across Indonesia and occasionally other SEA markets
- End-to-end hiring coordination
- Employee onboarding and engagement
- HR operations and people coordination
Core Expectations
- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, Glints, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct 30-40 interviews every week
- Drive multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
- Coordinate smooth onboarding for all new hires
- Track employee trial performance and follow up with hiring managers
- Coordinate monthly performance reviews and employee meetings
- Ensure attendance, leave records, and HR administration run smoothly
- Coordinate trial payments and ensure they are initiated on time
- Maintain a positive employee experience from joining to exit
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Comfortable conducting interviews every day
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Able to work with people across different countries and cultures
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
