We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Placement: Cikarang Pusat
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control HRD activities and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of departmental goals, objectives, and HR systems
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Maintain and manage employee data, including attendance records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Psychology or Law is a plus
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience as Human Resources
- Proven expertise skill in recruitment, particularly for Sales positions
- Familiarity with attendance management, payroll, training, performance management, and contract administration
- Prior experience in the distribution, manufacturing, or retail industry is a plus
- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage
- Strong work ethic, highly responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
- Able to start work immediately
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (Break time: 1 hour 30 minutes)
