Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
- Willing to be mobile when required for recruitment, meetings, client visits, or other HR-related activities.
- Flexible and willing to handle urgent HR or recruitment matters outside regular working hours, including weekends when required.
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, initial interview, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.
- Discuss manpower needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles with management.
- Manage recruitment through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Actively source potential candidates and build a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate trackers, and recruitment progress reports.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee administration, including employee data, employment contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor probation and employment contract periods.
- Support recruitment and HR projects for Albe Consulting and its clients when required.
- Handle other HR-related responsibilities based on operational and business needs.

*Working Hours:* Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm
