Join Our Team as an HR Executive & Legal Coordinator – Manufacturing Industry
We are looking for a proactive and accountable HR Executive & Legal Coordinator who can support HR operations, legal compliance, industrial relations, and risk mitigation in a manufacturing environment.
This role is not only administrative. We need someone who can think strategically, identify risks early, discuss solutions with management, and act as a reliable HR and Legal partner for business operations.

Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, or Legal Administration
✔ Experience in manufacturing or plant operations is preferred
✔ Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, Industrial Relations, HR compliance, and legal administration
✔ Able to manage permits, licenses, compliance trackers, audit documents, and employee documentation
✔ Strong risk awareness, enforcement capability, and mitigation mindset
✔ Able to support strategic discussions related to HR, legal, compliance, and employee relations matters
✔ Proactive, active, and able to follow up matters without repeated instructions
✔ Strong ownership, accountability, and confidentiality
✔ Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
✔ Able to develop SOPs, policies, and organizational documents
✔ English proficiency is a MUST, both written and spoken

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and placement location (Karanganyar).
