RECRUITMENTS :
Good looking
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role is preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken be able speak mandarin is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Ability to conduct interviews and communicate effectively with international candidates and employees.
Familiarity with HR policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in multinational companies or working with diverse teams is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification is a plus.
Experience handling expatriate employees or international recruitment.
Knowledge of cross-cultural communication and global HR practices.
