Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Corporate PT. Gelimang Artamas (Toscana Italian Restaurant)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Corporate, playing a strategic role in managing and developing our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process
- Conduct candidate and employee assessments
- Design and implement Training & Development programs
- Oversee Performance Management (KPIs, appraisals, evaluations)
- Handle Industrial Relations, including employee discipline and labor issues
- Develop and execute Employee Engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage HR Administration & Operations, including employee database (HRIS), contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or corporate role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
Nice to Have:
- Experience in F&B or Hospitality industry
- Familiar with HRIS and assessment tools
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
