We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Manager to lead and drive the company's Human Capital strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance.
This role will oversee key Human Capital functions, including Organization Development, People Development, Performance Management & Rewards, Recruitment & Employer Branding, and Industrial Relations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and compliance management capabilities to foster a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, covering Organization Development, People Development, Performance Management & Rewards, Recruitment & Employer Branding, and Industrial Relations.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent management initiatives to reduce turnover and strengthen organizational culture and values.
- Lead recruitment and employer branding strategies to attract and acquire top talent in alignment with business needs.
- Develop and implement people development programs to enhance employee capabilities, productivity, and career growth.
- Oversee performance management and rewards initiatives to improve employee productivity and contribute to business performance, revenue per employee (RPE), and return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, internal policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate internal compliance activities, risk assessments, and audit follow-ups to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 implementation, compliance, and certification activities in collaboration with top management and relevant internal divisions.
- Analyze Human Capital data, prepare management reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the effective utilization of HCMS/HRIS and other Human Capital systems to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital, HR Management, or a related field, preferably with prior managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Capital management and execution across multiple HR functions.
- Proven experience in compliance management, including interpreting and applying labor laws, internal policies, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing people development programs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze Human Capital data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
- Experience in conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance follow-ups, preferably related to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or similar certifications.
- Proficiency in HCMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services, IT, or technology-focused organizations is an advantage.
