What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end compensation & benefits processes (salary structure, allowances, salary adjustments, performance bonuses, and employee-related entitlements
- Implement employee tax administration (PPH 21), including calculation and reporting
- Administer health insurance programs (BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, private insurance and other benefit programs)
- Manage and optimize the HRIS to lead to effective decision-making
- Initiate and execute performance management cycles (Goal setting, performance tracking and and performance review)
- Develop, review, and implement HR regulations and company policies aligned with best practices and labor laws.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, human resources, or other related major
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Strong expertise in payroll processing, including tax administration (PPH 21)
- Experience and advanced skills in HRIS and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, tax regulations, and BPJS administration
- High level of integrity, accuracy, sense of confidentiality, and meticulousness
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- License/certification in Brevet or payroll-related will be a value-added.
