Requirements
- Able to speak in english is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experienced in handling high-volume / mass recruitment.
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Good understanding of general HR administration and employee documentation.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payroll processing is preferred.
- Understanding of PPh 21 / employee tax calculation will be a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (such as Talenta) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.
- Manage high-volume hiring based on the company's manpower needs.
- Maintain employee data, contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and ensure employee data is accurate before payroll processing.
- Assist with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Support employee relations and handle day-to-day HR inquiries.
- Assist in HR reporting and other HR operational activities.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
