Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Compensation and Benefit PT. Ebdesk Teknologi

a. Manage Employee payroll 
b. Provide input and analysis to management regarding compensation and benefits 
c. Handling the management and matters related to BPJS (Employment and Health) 
d. Handling the calculation, payment, and report of income tax of 21 employees 
e. Maintain good communication with third parties (BPJS, Hospitals, etc.) 
f. Making report to Director 
g. Coordinating with other departments
