About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-growing Fintech startup. This is a fully remote position where you will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives that support business growth. Candidates with an IT background or experience partnering with technology teams are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and performance improvement programs.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies for business and technology teams.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Experience supporting IT or technology teams is required.
- Previous exposure to the FinTech industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
