- Overseeing recruitment and hiring processes for both front-line and managerial positions.
- Conducting orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance and employee discounts.
- Handling employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the food and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and support workforce planning efforts to meet operational demands.
- 2 years of work experience as an HR Executive/Supervisor/Asst. Manager, particularly in the food and beverage industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations is essential. Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards, labor laws, and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skill. The ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and propose solutions is crucial.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail. Accuracy in maintaining employee records, handling sensitive information.
