🧩 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment cycle: drafting job descriptions, job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and talent gaps.
- Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for various functions and levels.
- Engage with job boards, community networks and others to source the right talent.
🗂️ Employee Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee data, contracts, warning letters, and related documentation.
- Draft and implement employment agreements, HR forms, and internal letters.
- Ensure timely reporting and administration of BPJS Health and Employment, and other government-mandated benefits.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave, overtime, and all employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
📊 Performance Management & Team Development
- Design and implement employee performance evaluation systems and reporting tools.
- Track and support KPI delivery in coordination with supervisors and team leaders.
- Assist with employee training and upskilling programs.
- Work with management on employee recognition, rewards, and motivation programs.
🧭 Human Resources Policy, SOP, and Culture
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks in line with company values and Indonesian labor law.
- Lead employee disciplinary procedures when needed with professionalism and fairness.
- Assist in building a strong workplace culture based on trust, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and stay updated on labor law changes.
🤝 Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the go-to person for employee concerns, grievances, and feedback.
- Promote employee wellbeing, teamwork, and engagement initiatives.
- Bridge communication between staff and management to maintain a healthy and productive workplace.
🎯 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a dynamic or growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS systems, and general HR compliance.
- Highly disciplined, assertive, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is preferred.
