Job Descriptions:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding new hires, and conducting offboarding processes.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, drafting employment contracts, and employee Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Ensure all internal company policies strictly align with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Administer employee BPJS registrations, updates, and deactivations.
- Coordinate and handle the employee performance review cycle.
- Act as a bridge to balance the needs and communication between employees and corporate management, and organize internal company events.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal agreements, commercial contracts, and NDAs for company projects.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on legal and administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law or a related field.
- Solid fundamental knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven capability to draft basic legal instruments, contracts, and internal corporate policies.
- Ability to design (using Canva or similar tools).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills to effectively handle diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Can Join ASAP is preferred.
