Deskripsi pekerjaan HR & LEGAL HEAD Pt Temas. Tbk
- Minimum Bachelor of Law with working experience 5 years or at least minimum 2 years at Senior Level
- Experience in key areas of HR policies and processes, Has knowledge and understanding for employment and Labor Law
- Strong legal backgrounds
- In depth knowledge of HR Business Process & Implementation
- In depth knowledge of Litigations, Indonesian labor regulation in Indonesia (UUTK), laws, regulations and market practice of Indonesia
- English Language Proficiency (Proficiency in Mandarin Language will be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership Skills, Ability to Manage Team
- Ability to provide feedback effectively, responsive, has strong problem solving skills, critical thinker, and well-organized
- Have a legal license/advocate card
- Managing the HR & Legal Team to ensure that the company's HR & Legal needs are met.
- Prepare the annual budget proposal and human development program.
- Monitor the recruitment process based on the company needs.
- Ensure employee compensation and benefit are updated and payroll process compliance with the regulations from the government.
- Ensure employee data for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are updated.
- Develop performance management program including KPI setting and yearly evaluation for the whole team
- Facilitate all employees with hard skills and soft skills training according to their needs.
- Providing advice to the company in accordance with legal and labor requirements including new regulations from the government.
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
