HR & Immigration Services Staff
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented professional who can support corporate clients in HR and immigration matters. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and a high level of responsibility. Candidates should be diligent, persistent, and committed to ensuring that every client assignment is completed accurately, professionally, and on time.
Job Summary
The HR & Immigration Services staff is responsible for providing HR and immigration-related services to the company's clients. The position supports corporate clients in managing expatriate administration, visa and work permit processes, manpower compliance, and HR-related administrative matters in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
As the majority of the company's clients are Korean-invested companies operating in Indonesia, the position requires frequent communication with Korean corporate representatives, local HR personnel, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of client service.
HR & Immigration Services
- Provide HR and immigration support services to corporate clients.
- Handle visa, work permit, stay permit, and expatriate administration matters.
- Assist clients in complying with Indonesian manpower and immigration regulations.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower, Immigration Office, BPJS, and other relevant authorities.
- Review, verify, and manage client documentation and application requirements.
- Monitor application progress, permit validity, and compliance deadlines.
- Prepare reports, updates, and supporting documents for clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and case documentation.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide updates to clients and management.
- Support the successful delivery of HR and immigration service projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR services, immigration services, visa processing, corporate administration, or related fields.
- Good understanding of Indonesian manpower and immigration regulations.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting Korean companies will be an advantage.
