Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs (hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Strong administrative, communication, and follow-up skills
• Honest, detail-oriented, highly trustworthy, and able to maintain company confidentiality
