Position: HR & GA Staff
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR & GA Staff (Minimum 1 year of experience) with a degree in Psychology or Management to handle our daily people operations and general affairs. If you are great with people, highly organized, and ready to keep our office running smoothly, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- HR Operations: Handle end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and personnel administration.
- Employee Relations: Support internal communication, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR policy compliance.
- General Affairs (GA): Manage office inventory, facility maintenance, vendor relations, and operational supplies.
- Facility & Vendor Management: Oversee building maintenance, office equipment, and coordinate smoothly with external vendors or building management.
- Administrative Support: Maintain neat employee records, digital filing, and process operational letters or permits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling HR and General Affairs functions.
- Well-versed in basic HR administration, recruitment processes, and general office management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
