- Managing recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Administering employee records, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Supporting payroll administration
- Processing human resources transactions including leave requests and employment contracts
- Assisting with performance management processes and employee appraisals
- Managing general administrative functions including office supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor management
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Providing HR support and guidance to employees on policies, procedures, and workplace matters
- Maintaining HR documentation and generating reports as required by management
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources and general administration roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is advantageous.
