Job Description:
- Manage employee administration, including onboarding, contracts, probation, employee records, and offboarding.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime data to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Coordinate performance reviews, employee development, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, reports, and employee documentation.
- Oversee office facilities, company assets, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support HRIS, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work on-site in Solo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
- Good understanding of employee administration, labor regulations, and HR compliance.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for HR reporting and data tracking.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
