Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate interviews and hiring.
2. General Affairs (GA): Manage office operations, supplies, facility maintenance, and company assets.
3. Compensation & Benefits (ComBen): Administer payroll, employee benefits, and insurance claims.
4. Employee Relations & Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support employees with HR-related concerns.
5. HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
6. Talent Management: Support performance evaluation processes and employee career development programs.
7. HR Support: Assist in company-wide HR initiatives and projects, collaborating with different departments.
Qualifications :
1. Min. 2 years in HR, talent acquisition, or GA.
2. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
3. Understanding of payroll processes, compensation, and benefits.
4. Strong organizational skills to manage GA operations and office administration.
6. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
7. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives.
9. Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in Surabaya.
