Job Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and general HR administration. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations using manual systems such as spreadsheets and Google Workspace, while supporting management in building a structured, compliant, and positive working environment within the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing coordination with department heads, to onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee data, attendance, and HR records using spreadsheets and Google Docs.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning, staffing needs, and performance issues.
- Handle employee relations matters including complaints, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
- Manage payroll preparation in coordination with Finance, including attendance recap, overtime, and deductions.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Support performance evaluation process and follow up on employee development needs.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and internal memos.
- Coordinate training and onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Support management in improving workplace culture, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.
- Hands-on experience working with manual HR systems (spreadsheets, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Able to work independently without reliance on HR systems/software.
- Proficient in English is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, private club, hotel, or F&B industry is preferred.
