Deskripsi pekerjaan HR&GA SUPERVISOR PT Want Want Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
• Human Resources Management: Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement programs to support positive workplace culture.
• General Affairs Oversight: Handle office administration, company assets, and facilities management.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR and GA practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and career development opportunities for employees.
• Policy & Procedures: Review and implement HR policies and General Affairs procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Provide regular report to management (All report as request by management)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR & GA, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
• Fluent in English both oral & written
