Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
1. Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance management
2. Ensure compliance with Labor laws and company policies
3. Organize training and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and teamwork.
4. Maintaining man power management and employee role planning.
5. Maintain and update HR records and documentation
General Affairs
1. Oversee general office administration, facilities, and asset management
2. Coordinate company events, business travel, and office maintenance
3. Ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant work environment
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & GA or similar supervisory role
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor law and HR best practices
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with employee at all levels.
5. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a plus.
