Saat ini kami mencari HR & GA β Mandarin Speaker yang bisa menjadi penghubung antara people, management, office & factory.
Kalau kamu jago HR, bisa Mandarin, suka solving problems, dan nggak takut turun langsung ke lapangan β this could be your role. π
π₯ WHAT YOU'LL DO
π₯ HR
Handle recruitment & onboarding.
Manage employee administration, attendance, leave & overtime.
Support payroll & BPJS administration.
Handle employee relations.
Develop HR policies, SOP & company regulations.
Support performance management & employee development.
π’ GA
Manage office & factory operational needs.
Handle vendors, facilities, assets, security & cleanliness.
Manage office/factory supplies & purchasing.
Coordinate with building management and external parties.
Make sure daily operations run smoothly.
π¨π³ MANDARIN
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking management/team.
Translate Mandarin β Indonesian when needed.
Assist communication with China-based suppliers/vendors/business partners.
Translate basic HR, operational and business documents.
π― WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...
Has 1β3 years experience in HR & GA.
Can speak Mandarin β this is a must.
Can communicate comfortably in Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia.
Has experience in manufacturing/factory β big plus!
Understands basic labor regulations, BPJS & payroll.
Has recruitment & employee-relations experience.
Is comfortable dealing with vendors and operational matters.
Is organized, detail-oriented and a good problem solver.
Proactive β you don't need someone telling you what to do every 5 minutes. π
