Job Summary
HR & GA staff handling HR operations, general affairs administration, payroll, BPJS, and coordination with foreign management.
Job Description
- Handle daily HR operations and administration (employee data, contracts, attendance)
- Manage payroll, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and HR documentation
- Support recruitment process from screening to onboarding
- Handle General Affairs (GA) matters including office, facilities, and operational support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Act as a Mandarin–Indonesian liaison for HR & GA matters
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations
- Manage expatriate (WNA) requirements, including work permits, visas, and related immigration documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Management, Psychology, or other relevant related majors)
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Working experience in HR & GA is preferred
- Familiar with payroll, BPJS, and HR administration
- Good understanding of basic labor regulations
- Organized, communicative, and responsible
- Able to work independently and in a team
