We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources and General Affairs Manager to join our team in Buahbatu, Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. This role is essential in supporting our growth and ensuring that our organizational culture remains aligned with our mission of excellence and sustainability.
The Human Resources and General Affairs Manager will be responsible for :
overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
They will also manage general affairs operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and supporting administrative, payroll HR software needs.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, maintain accurate HR records, and foster a positive work environment.
Additionally, they will collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support the development of employees at all levels.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-enterprise or NGO environment, is required.
Proficiency in People Development, Microsoft Excel, HR Administration, Microsoft Outlook, HRIS Database Management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Human Resource Development (HRD) is essential.
