Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees e.g. government regulation update, Overtime handling and Manpower additional request.
2. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
3. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
4. Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
5. Prepare and review of payroll calculation which completed by HR clerk exceptional for permanents and high level employment
6. Finalize and consolidate the monthly report in monthly for external and internal e.g. SIPP for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, EDABU for BPJS Kesehatan, Salary report and summary, salaries payment transfer , KPI’s report as monthly management meetings, Master contract database Headcount report and UKL UPL Report.
7. Full responsible to applied expatriates work permit from Placement Plan Expatriate Assignment or RPTKA, work permit or Notification, government payment into bank, Indonesia’s calling visa and ITAS arrangement into government website.
8. Responsible to maintain and update the company legal documents e.g. yearly regular reporting to MOM, Company Domicile and Registration Letter, Expatriate’s NPWP and Company Permit License (Izin Usaha).
9. Handle of fully recruiting process of High level employment
10. Full responsible to track record of contract employment status based on contract validity
11. Manage and coordinate with security to create the work environment is safe
12. Monitor of HR’s department budgets
13. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
14. Responsibilities to create yearly training program, matrix, evaluation and other documents according to the ISO’s external audit
15. Oversee daily operations of the HR department
1. 5+ years management experience in HR
2. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
3. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
4. Solid communication skills
5. Able to work under pressure.
