Job Description
- Assist with interior project administration and documentation
- Support vendor and supplier coordination
- Assist in managing company documents, databases, and operational records
- Support recruitment activities and HR administration
- Assist in managing social media content and project portfolios
- Create simple visual content using Canva
- Edit short-form content using CapCut
- Support procurement activities, including quotation requests, price comparisons, and purchase documentation
- Assist the Owner and Management Team with daily operational tasks
- Prepare reports and follow up on ongoing tasks and projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
Qualifications
- Active university student, minimum Semester 3
- Majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields
- Strong interest in business operations, HR, recruitment, procurement, and project administration
- Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and multitasking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Canva
- Basic CapCut skills are preferred
- Own a personal laptop suitable for daily work
- Preferably residing in nearby areas with easy access to the office location in Cilandak
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement
Working Arrangement
- Minimum 3 days Work From Office (WFO) per week, 8 hours per day
- Minimum 2 days Work From Anywhere (WFA) per week, 8 hours per day
- Remaining schedule can be adjusted based on university commitments and company needs
