Deskripsi pekerjaan HR & Administration Manager (Medical Equipment Industry) PT NCS Consultant Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Human Resources and General Affairs operations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee records.
- Manage attendance, payroll administration, leave, BPJS, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and support internal communication.
- Coordinate office administration and General Affairs activities.
- Provide HR & administrative support to local management and headquarters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs.
- Experience in Healthcare, Medical Equipment, Medical Device, or Multinational Company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR administration processes.
- Experience handling recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English or Mandarin.
