Job description for HR and Admin at Vicinity Studio Pte. Ltd.
- Reconcilation of Receipts and Transactions with accountant on weekly basis.
- Prepare fee proposal / quotation to client
- Prepare documents for tender submission
- Attend to incoming calls
- Liaise with other departments in video production on equipment maintenance
- Maintain project agreements and contracts
- General office administration
- Ad-hoc work with video production team to assist in productions.
- Recruitment & interview
- New staff orientation
- Payroll & CPF contribution / NSMen make-up pay.
- Assist in Annual Performance Appraisal
- Maintain and update Staff Profile, annual leave, employee data record etc
- Assist in Training and development activities.
- Diploma / Degree / professional qualification in Business studies or accounting
- At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in human resource and admin
- Experience in using video production workflow will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and exercise discernment in reporting
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
- Experience in accounting and using Xero would be advantageous
