We’re looking for a dedicated, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to join our rapidly growing team in Bali! 🌴
As we continue expanding across multiple businesses, we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our HR operations, support our teams, and help us build a positive, professional, and well-organized working environment.
💼 Your Responsibilities:
Recruitment, interviews, and talent acquisition
Employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff wellbeing
Employee and freelancer documentation
Onboarding, offboarding, and personnel administration
Managing attendance, leave, and employee records
Supporting workplace incident reporting and follow-up
HR policies, BPJS coordination, and compliance
Working closely with management to improve team performance and workplace culture
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good English communication skills
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
Experience in hospitality or service-based businesses is a plus
