Placement: Canggu, Bali
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and update company regulations, employment contracts, and HR policies.
* Handle tasks related to employment, company policies, and compliance.
* Support the enforcement of company rules and manage disciplinary actions.
* Support HR administration including employee data, documentation, and filing.
* Work closely with management for HR matters.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR
* Broad knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
* Experience in handling disciplinary cases.
* Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to coordinate effectively as a team and as individual contributor.
