Job Description
Maintain and update employee data and HR administrative records accurately.
Handle employee administration related to attendance, leave, overtime, and daily HR documentation.
Support BPJS Health administration and other employee-related administrative requirements.
Prepare and organize HR documents, reports, and filing systems in line with company procedures.
Assist with day-to-day people administration tasks and HR operational support.
Coordinate administrative needs with the HR team and other departments.
Prepare regular administrative reports for review by supervisors or management.
Ensure employee records are complete, well-organized, and kept confidential.
Support other HR initiatives and internal administrative activities when required.
Assist in maintaining efficient and accurate HR processes across the organization.
Help monitor administrative deadlines and employee document submissions.
Perform other support tasks related to HR administration as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
English proficiency is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or similar support role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of employee administration and basic HR processes.
Familiar with attendance, leave, overtime, BPJS Health, and labor administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other administrative tools.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsible, reliable, and able to manage confidential documents properly.
Willing to work on shifts or during event-based schedules when needed.
