The HR Admin plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
The HR Admin also assists with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and coordination of HR-related documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., attendance, personal files, contracts).
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
- Ensure HR documents comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain Talenta System.
- Maintain Attendance staff.
- Track and monitor employee leave and attendance records.
- Maintain office and HR supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
