- Bachelors degree in any relatable field
- Maximum 32 years old
- Fluent in English
- Having at least 2 years of working experience preferably in manufacturing
- Strong in personnel administration, compensation & benefits industry
- Preferably can handle foreign labor permit documents
- Familiar in handling bpjs procedure
- Competent in Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
- Processing legal workforce-related procedures and registrations for local and foreign employees (BPJS, DISNAKER, IMTA, KITAS, etc.)
- Responsible for the administration and completeness of new employee documents (BPJS, Bank Account, etc).
- Supervise the implementation of the attendance of all employees and examine absenteeism. reports of employees who are not present with supporting documents in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Managing overtime work and overtime requests by division heads.
- Coordinating payments for outsourced jobs personnel.
- Preparing payroll and handling salary and bonus payments.
- Making Monthly Report.
- Manage and control office administration activities, personnel, and HR information systems to ensure optimal support for the smooth operation of the company.
- Responsible for labor management with the government as well as occupational health and safety service programs for employees.
- Manage SIINAS reports.
- Developing ERP system with related department manager and implementing it.
- Responsible to develop SOP for job, task & position within the company and implementing it.
