Job description for HR Admin Intern (Culture, Branding & Engagement) at Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam

This role is designed for students or fresh graduates who are interested in exploring HR in a hands-on and well-rounded way.

At Bouygues Construction IT Vietnam, you will support various HR activities, including recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. You will have the opportunity to learn how HR works in a dynamic environment while contributing to meaningful internal and external initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

- Support in candidate databases management

- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with candidate communication

  • Branding & Content

- Support content creation for employer branding channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

- Assist in developing posts, visuals, and content ideas

- Support in developing and standardizing visual and communication materials for employer branding and events

- Support and coordinate for external events with universities and partner organizations

  • Culture & Engagement

- Support organizing internal activities aligned with company culture & branding

- Assist in coordinating and communicating internal engagement initiatives

- Contribute to maintaining a positive and consistent employee experience

  • HR & Administrative Support

- Assist with daily HR/ Admin operations (payments, document updates, etc.)

- Help organize and maintain HR files and templates

- Provide general support to the team when needed

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

- Final-year students or fresh graduates in relevant fields with a strong interest in HR

- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to support content-related tasks

- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

- Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks

- Comfortable supporting both people-related activities and administrative tasks

- Good command of English

- Familiarity with basic media or content creation tools (e.g. design, video, or AI tools) is a plus
