Housekeeping Manager
Location: Jakarta / PIK

Job Description
* Manage and supervise the daily Housekeeping operation, including Room Attendant, Public Area, Laundry, and related functions.
* Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and service standards.
* Develop and implement housekeeping SOP, schedules, and quality control.
* Monitor room status, cleanliness, linen, amenities, and housekeeping inventory.
* Lead, train, and evaluate the housekeeping team to maintain service standards.
* Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments regarding room readiness and guest requests.
* Control housekeeping costs, manpower, supplies, and inventory efficiently.
* Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.
* Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety standards.
Job Requirements
* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
* Minimum **3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping**, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
* Experience in hotel operations is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of housekeeping SOP, room inspection, laundry, linen, and inventory management.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to manage a team and work under operational pressure.
* Good command of English is preferred.
* Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
