Primary Job Role :
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of all spa facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for guests. This role supports daily spa operations by preparing treatment rooms, replenishing amenities, handling laundry, and assisting therapists and the operations team in maintaining high service standards. The Spa Attendant plays an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the spa environment is always clean, organized, and ready for operation.

Responsibilities :
1. Clean and maintain all spa areas, including treatment rooms, reception area, locker rooms, waiting lounge, restrooms, and staff areas.
2. Prepare treatment rooms before and after each guest service according to spa standards.
3. Replenish towels, linens, guest amenities, beverages, and operational supplies.
4. Collect, sort, and coordinate laundry for towels, robes, uniforms, and linens.
5. Ensure all spa equipment, furniture, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
6. Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation standards throughout the spa.
7. Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms and operational requirements when needed.
8. Monitor inventory of housekeeping and cleaning supplies and report shortages to the Spa Manager.
9. Immediately report any damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards.
10. Follow all hygiene, sanitation, occupational health, and safety procedures in accordance with company standards.
11. Support the spa team during promotions, special events, and operational activities when required.
12. Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and a positive attitude while supporting daily spa operations.

4. Handle laundry collection, organization, and distribution efficiently.

6. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the spa environment.
7. Report maintenance issues, equipment damage, or supply shortages promptly.
8. Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times.
