Fays Group is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Operation Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee the operations of our managed exclusive villa complexes and restaurant.
The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in Food & Beverage (F&B) and a proven track record in comprehensive hospitality management (Villas/Hotels). You will hold full responsibility for guest satisfaction, profitability, service standards, and team management across both sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Villa & Restaurant Operations: Lead, supervise, and ensure that all daily operations for both the villas and the restaurant run smoothly in accordance with company SOPs.
• F&B Excellence: Control food and beverage quality, and manage F&B costs effectively.
• Guest Satisfaction: Maintain the highest standards of service for villa and restaurant guests, handling feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets (P&L), monitor expenditures, and maximize revenue from both villa occupancy and restaurant sales.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of all staff members (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Kitchen, and Service).
• Asset Maintenance: Ensure all villa facilities and restaurant areas are always in pristine, clean, safe, and well-maintained conditions through close coordination with the Engineering/Maintenance team.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position (Operation Manager / Villa Manager / Restaurant Manager) managing villa/resort properties that include restaurant facilities.
• Special Skill (Required): Must have a strong career background explicitly in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of Profit & Loss management, food cost control, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both Indonesian and English (written & spoken) to effectively communicate with international guests and management.

o Possess quick problem-solving abilities and visionary leadership.
o Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
o Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends or holidays if required).
