As we continue to expand our services and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties remain immaculate and welcoming, providing an exceptional experience for our guests and residents.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the estate are maintained to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include directing and supervising housekeeping staff, developing and implementing cleaning schedules, conducting regular inspections, maintaining inventory of supplies, and addressing any guest concerns related to cleanliness and maintenance. The supervisor will also be responsible for training new staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidates must have an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of housekeeping procedures and best practices. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.
