Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the entire venue stays clean and organized at all times
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, including assigning daily tasks and duties
- Create and manage cleaning schedules and staff rotas
- Follow up to ensure all cleaning checklists are completed properly
- Monitor cleaning supplies and inventory, and request restocking when needed
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or irregularities to management immediately
- Actively participate in daily cleaning activities together with the team when needed
- Ensure all areas of the venue are well-maintained
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Staff (minimum 1–2 years)
- Basic English communication skills (verbal)
- Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to manage staff effectively
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work both as a leader and actively help with cleaning tasks
- Physically fit and able to handle manual cleaning work
- Able to create schedules and manage team performance
- Willing to work on-site in Bali
- Having own transport (motorbike/car) is a plus
