Housekeeping Staff
Position: Housekeeping Staff
Gender: Male/Female
Location: Bayside Hotel Sanur
Job Description:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace linen, towels, and other room amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and other areas inside guest rooms.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities.
• Clean and maintain hotel public areas when required.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or unusual conditions to the Housekeeping Leader/Management.
• Assist with room inspections and ensure rooms are ready before guest arrival.
• Handle guest belongings with care and follow hotel lost & found procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
• Follow hotel SOPs for cleaning, hygiene, safety, and guest privacy.
• Support other Housekeeping duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
Requirements:
• Previous Housekeeping/hotel experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of room cleaning standards.
• Physically fit and able to work efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to follow SOPs and instructions properly.
