Housekeeping Staff (Uluwatu Area)

Bali Management Villas is currently seeking a motivated Housekeeping Staff to join our team and support overall operations across multiple villa properties. This role will focus on maintaining cleanliness, ensuring villa readiness, and supporting guest comfort to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Salary: IDR 3,791,002 - IDR 4,000,000 per month (no service charge)

Placement: Uluwatu, Bali

About the Role

The Housekeeping Staff will support the overall operations of all villa properties by ensuring cleanliness, maintaining high hygiene standards, and contributing to excellent guest experiences. This role works closely with the operations team to ensure villas are always in top condition and ready for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all villa areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and public areas.
• Ensure all villas are prepared and ready before guest arrival, including setup and special requests.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Assist in inventory control of housekeeping supplies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Housekeeping Staff in hotels, villas, or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene practices.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
• Must be domiciled in Bali.
