Responsibilities

Provide personalized service to guests with professionalism.

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Prepare and serve food & beverages when required.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Profile

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role.

Good communication skills in English.

Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance.

Strong attention to detail

Able to work in a team and independently
