As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Room Attendant to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our daily housekeeping activities.
The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities. This includes making beds, restocking supplies, emptying trash, and ensuring that all areas meet the hotel's high standards of hygiene and presentation. The position also involves interacting with guests to address their needs, providing a friendly and professional service, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
We are looking for a male candidate who has completed SMA/SMK education and has between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in customer service, hotel cleaning, teamwork, and basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office) are essential. Candidates should also have good communication skills, the ability to speak publicly, and an understanding of room management and administrative tasks.
