A strong background in room management and housekeeping is highly desirable. You should be adept at performing hotel cleaning tasks efficiently and maintaining a high level of hygiene. Teamwork and a collaborative spirit are key, as you will often work alongside colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
