STAFF HOUSEKEEPING – BALI BASED CANDIDATES ONLY


Stay With Loca (SWL) is a villa management company based in Uluwatu, Bali, specializing in luxury villas, high-end hospitality, and lifestyle properties. Our company is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced housekeeping for daily operations across our properties. This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will be expected to supervise the team while actively participating in daily housekeeping tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

This position is open only to candidates who are currently residing in Bali (Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Kuta Selatan, Denpasar, or nearby areas) and able to commute to Bingin, Uluwatu on a daily basis.

Position Details

• Position: Staff Housekeeping
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Pecatu, Uluwatu.
• Start Date: Can Join Immediately
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role.
• Preferably residing in the Uluwatu–Jimbaran area or willing to commute.
• English communication skills required (fluent English is a plus ).
• Must own a motorbike; ability to drive a car is a plus.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with the team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Available to join immediately.
